Some specifics of the ExtendSim approach

1Point2 distributes ExtendSim simulation

software, designed by Imagine That!,

throughout southern Europe (French

and English version).

Studied systems are built graphically (one basic function = one graphical object) using the many standard or specific libraries.

ExtendSim, most used simulation tool worldwide, is also of great value.

  An architecture BOTH graphical

  and programmed

Model building by connecting graphical objects is what allows for quick learning of ExtendSim, and very intuitive understanding of models. But to avoid the risk of being limited by reduced or standard representations, coding with integrated C-like language makes it possible to modify existing objects or create components specific to a type of issues or to a company (production constraints, scheduling rules, custom organization).

Cooperation with other applications

Though including its own database system, ExtendSim makes data exchange easy, using fixed or dynamic links with Windows ActiveX standards, using objects or a large range of input/output functions, and favoring the MS Excel format.

  Flexible interface

To each user a singular interface: end-user unaware or experienced of simulation, dozens or thousand input parameters, tabular or graphical output, basic or sophisticated animation, each ExtendSim model will be different from another, and completely ergonomic in its own design.

ExtendSim CP, for all continuous industrial, scientific and general-purpose systems.

ExtendSim OR - adds discrete componants for manufacturing systems ou business reengineering.

ExtendSim AT, an essential contribution for process modeling and high volume or high speed industrial systems.

Extend Suite adds capabilities to provide a 3D animation of the world of the model.

Targeted libraries built by 1Point2.
